The Huascarán of 6768 meters as the Alpamayo of 5947 meters in height are the most popular along the Cordillera Blanca, therefore, the most visited and climbed. The Huascarán has 2 summits, the one that predominates is the South summit for which it is  the highest Mountain of Peru, the North Huascarán has 9 routes by its different walls. The first ascent   was in 1908 by the South edge, it’s worth mentioning that it was one of the first expeditions to the mountains in the Cordillera Blanca, and in the North wall there are routes already climbed that at present no one has been able to climb again. Similarly, the South Huascaran has 14 routes of a very hard technical level. Currently the expeditions ascend by the west slope, in other words, by the normal route that was climbed in 1932, climbing the col and scaling the NW wall with a degree of difficulty (D).

2º Day :                C.B. – C.M.(4200 m. – 4750 m.)

3º Day :                C.M. – Camp I(4750 m. – 5400 m.)

4º Day :                C. I. – Camp II.(5400 m. – 5950 m.)

5º Day :                C. II – Summit - C. II(5950 m. – 6768 m.)

6º Day :                C. II – C. B.(5950 m. – 4200 m.)

7º Day :                C. B. – Musho – Huaraz(4100 m. – 3090 m.)
